Good morning Karen, Firstly, your email hits me hard in the heartstrings too. Not an easy thing to write…. However, recently I used some of your products on my gelding's tail, which had been rubbed raw. Not only did you respond to my emergency, but you also suggested what to use and when. Well…. I am delighted to say that not only has it cleared up, but it also did so in record time, and he now has new growth coming through, and the red scabs have gone. I highly recommend your products and only wish I had the foresight to have taken some before-and-after photos. I am only too happy to provide a testimonial on how pleased both myself and Jango are. Happy for you to add, I used the cream initially and then the oil as an ongoing part of his grooming regime. I’m now using the same products on an older scar on my other gelding. Hoping to see some hair grow back and leave a nice clean scar line
