hi Karen, we met you at wide bay regional and stocked up on your supplies and tried the new balm, which we used in our horse polly. We have been washing her once a week and putting the balm around her ears and where the mosquitos have bitten her on regularly. She is looking so much better, is barely itching anymore and is starting to get her shinning coat again. I have sent some before and after photos.
